ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF ERI SKID

Project is carrying out the engineering procurement and construction for the floating desalination plant project. The floating desalination plant project, comprising two 50,000m³/day capacity desalination barges. as part of this project, it has been tasked with designing and analysing the  skid, a critical component of the barge. The  skid is a custom-designed, steel-framed platform fabricated from I-beams, angles, and channels to support pipes, equipment, and other essential components. its primary function is to facilitate easy movement, storage, and installation of heavy equipment. The  skid design ensures efficient transportation and installation at the final site location, enabling rapid commissioning of the desalination process.
